Return & Exchange

For online purchases, upon receiving your product from the delivery man, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review the item(s). If you are unsatisfied with your product or wish to exchange the product for any reason, please return it directly to the delivery man during the delivery.

The digital payment refund process typically requires upto 15 working days for completion.

Exceptions

We also provide an additional 7 days (from the date of delivery) for a refund or exchange if the following issues occur:

• Excessive Shrinkage After Washing: If the product experiences significant shrinkage after washing, which exceeds normal expectations. Note that, the washing method should be in compliance with the care instructions.
• Color Degradation: If the product's color fades significantly after the first wash or use. Note that, the washing method should be in compliance with the care instructions.

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on products sold at a discount. All discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
